Pretty messy, huh?! But it was so good! Mommy and Daddy really let me dig in! Daddy took me in the pool afterwards to clean me up...I was covered in icing!
The day went so well. I told Mommy and Daddy that I'd be fine without a nap...and I was!
I want to thank everyone for making my 1st birthday so special. Thanks especially to Uncle Todd and Aunt Tracy for letting us use their house (and their pool :) ) for the party!
(I wonder if I'll have a party next year...I hope Daddy and Mommy at least let me have cake again...it was so yummy!)

Oh, sweet girly, you are soo sooo welcome! We had a blast and thoroughly enjoyed being part of your special day.
And just think, next year we can have a princess party for two two year olds together :) What fun the two of you will have growing up together and sharing special times with us all!

Happy Belated birthday! Can't believe it's been a year already. Tristan keeps asking to see new pictures of you so tomorrow I'll be able to show him these! I'll have to scroll down quickly through the messy birthday cake photos... I don't want him getting any ideas for next month!!!
What a fun party, especially watching you enjoying your cake. We couldn't believe your mommy let you eat all that yummy icing.
