My "Exersaucer"

Today Mommy got out my exersaucer to see how I would like it. I wasn't too sure about it, though.
After about 2 minutes, I had had enough. There were so many lights and noises...all of that was too much for me today. I was also pretty tired when she put me in it.

I think I'd better go and take a nap. I will talk to you again soon...

He Did It...26.2 Miles!

Well, Daddy ran his marathon. We are all proud of him!

We had a great time in Disney. I did great on the plane too. I slept most of the trip...

It was so exciting waiting at the finish line for Daddy and watching all the runners come in with Mommy, Granddad, Grandmom and Aunt Patti. Mommy and Grandmom got some pictures of Daddy by the finish line and then right after the race: Daddy did such a great job. To celebrate, he took me to Magic Kingdom where I got to see all of the Disney characters and get my first pair of Minnie ears!

I even got my name on them...
We had such a good vacation. It was nice to enjoy some warm weather during the winter. We even got to have dinner with some friends who live in Orlando who Mommy and Daddy met in MD.

I hear we may even get to go back there...Mommy wants to run in 2010...we'll see if that happens...

Tomorrow we're off to Florida...Daddy is running a marathon in Disney. I get to meet Mickey in person! I can't wait! I know Daddy's gonna do a great job! I'll be cheering him on from the sidelines! I'll have to let you know all about it when we get back...

My 2nd First Christmas

I had a great time on Sunday getting to know more aunts, uncles and cousins. I even got to meet my cousin, Rachel, who is the same age as me. She is so much bigger than me, and I'm 3 weeks older than her! I know...I'm a peanut! (But, hey, I am at the 11th %ile now!)

Monday morning I got to open more presents! I had fun again taking off the bows and unwrapping them. Finnegan even tried to get in on the action. Here are some pictures that Grandmom took because Mommy and Daddy left our camera at Aunt Patti's. I'll show you their pictures later.Then, Monday afternoon I got to meet some new friends. Mommy's friend Michelle brought her twins Harun and Musa over to visit. They were so much fun to watch...those boys can move! Can you believe that they're 9 months old and already walking?! Their mommy and daddy have their hands full!
We had an eventful few days...Monday evening we went to Aunt Patti and Uncle Murray's to celebrate New Year's Eve. I missed out on the excitement that night because I was so tired from the day before. I was so out of it that I completely slept through all of the noise at midnight! Grandmom took pictures of me on New Year's day, though. Here I am with my cousin Cory.
And sound asleep again...
