Christmas Cookies!

This year we got to decorate giant snowmen cookies and other sugar cookies that Aunt Leslie made. All of the cousins who live in Lansdale got together for a decorating party. Even the aunts and uncles got in on the action.

I was so excited to decorate my cookie!

But I was even more excited to eat it!

I think Daddy was the most excited, though! He was proud of his Leprechaun snowman...

Here's the one Mommy made...

Here are the cousins decorating their cookies...

And here are the finished products...

We all had a lot of fun that day...who wouldn't have fun with all that sugar?! I hope this becomes a new tradition in our family...

Getting Our Tree

Well, it's been a few weeks, but I had to have a post about getting our Christmas tree. We went to the same tree farm that we always go to so Daddy could cut down our tree for this year.

Once again, it was a very cold day! We really had to bundle up...

Here's Daddy cutting down our tree (is that the same picture from last year?? :) )
That night we decorated our tree. This year I got to hang ornaments all by myself. I think my favorite things to put on the tree were the candy canes...

Holiday Happenings

Wow, I haven't posted on my blog for a long time! I'm so sorry! A lot has been happening, though! I will have to get you updated...

First, I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I did. We spent the day at my Aunt Tracy and Uncle Todd's house. All of the food was so good!

Mommy and I made a turkey craft too:

That was a lot of fun. (We didn't have any brown or orange construction paper which is why our turkey may look a little strange! :) )

We're now full-swing into the Christmas season. Daddy and Mommy have been busy shopping and getting ready for the big day. I'll let you know about all of the festive activities!
