Playing in the Snow

On Saturday we had a big snowstorm. I watched the snow fall all day. Then, on Sunday, I got to go out and play in it! Daddy took me outside, and we made snowballs and ran around in the snow! It was great! I got to wear my snowsuit and the new boots that Grandmom got for me!

Christmas Fun

On Monday we went to the Christmas tree farm to cut down our tree. I got to play in the snow while Daddy looked for the perfect tree for our family. It was fun, but it was very cold and MUDDY! Mommy had to carry Liadan in her carseat because we couldn't take the stroller in the mud...

That night, after a family dinner, we went to Peddler's Village to see the lights and the gingerbread house display. The village was decorated with all kinds of lights. I even got to touch some of them!

Mommy told me they were made out of cookies, so I decided that I wanted to try some. But I couldn't get over the wall!

Well, it was worth a try! Daddy already got me a cookie at Starbucks anyway!

What an exciting day! We get to decorate our tree tomorrow! I can't wait! Christmastime is such a fun time!

Lansdale Parade

Our town of Lansdale has a parade every year the Saturday before Thanksgiving. We went to see it this year, and it was great! I've never seen so many fire trucks at one time! I also saw marching bands, dogs, kids dressed up and even clowns...

I got to sit on Uncle Kevin and Aunt Jill's front porch where I had a great view of all of the activity. Bronwyn and I even got to eat our lunch outside while we watched!

The parade was fun and ended with the arrival of Santa Claus! (I'm not really sure who he is, but I've been seeing him around a lot lately! :0 )

Hanging Out with My Little Sister

I love playing with my sister, Liadan. She smiles at me when I talk to her now...it's great! She has tummy time everyday, and I like to lay beside her and help her get some exercise. Here are the two of us together...

Outer Banks Fun

Last week we went to the Outer Banks with some friends. We had a really good time. We got to go to the beach and in the ocean...yes, it was warm enough there!...and got to go swimming at the indoor pool in our neighborhood. It was so fun! I hope we can go there again next year!

Welcome Baby Liadan

I'm now a big sister! My baby sister was born on August 23rd...my birthday! I think that was a pretty good present. I'm sure it will be fun to share a birthday with her.


I'm learning to be gentle with my sister, and I'm helping Mommy take care of her. It's been fun so far, but I can't wait until she can play with me...right now she just sleeps, eats and cries. Daddy and Mommy said that it won't be long before she'll start to do more. I'm looking forward to that! In the mean time, I'll just keep singing my songs to her...

My 2nd Birthday Party

On Saturday, I celebrated my 2nd birthday! I had a combined party with my cousin, Aidan. We had so much fun...we went swimming and had cake and ice cream! Mommy made an Elmo cake for both Aidan and me! They were so cool!

Thank you to everyone who made my 2nd birthday so special! A special thanks goes to Uncle Todd and Aunt Tracy for opening up their home to all those people!

Beach Vacation

Mommy, Daddy and I had a fun time this week at the beach with the Leeds family! I got to go swimming at the pool in our neighborhood and in the ocean in Ocean City, MD AND got to go on rides at the boardwalk in Rehoboth Beach! It was great, but it was very tiring...I got to stay up late a couple of nights, but I would wake up early the next day! I guess I was so excited about what we were going to do each day!

It was nice spending time with my grandparents, aunt, uncles and cousins...they are a lot of fun! I also got to spend a day at the beach with some friends!

Fun at the Lake

This week we went to Grandma and Grandpa's cabin in NY. We had a really good time! I got to swim in my own pool, eat lots of good food and even go on a boat ride in Grandpa's boat! It was great! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa (and Mommy and Daddy too) for all the fun!

I'm Growing Up!

I started sleeping in my big-girl bed this week! I feel so grown up now! I told Mommy and Daddy that my baby sister can have my crib. We now call my old room "the nursery." I still play with my toys in there, but I sleep in my big-girl room. I love sleeping in the bed and on my cool flowered sheets!

My New Kitchen

I have to tell all of you about the play kitchen that Grandmom and Granddad got for me. I've been having so much fun playing with it!

It's so cool...it talks and makes sizzling and boiling noises! I have a ton of food, dishes and utensils to go with it so I can make all kinds of good food. Hopefully, with all this practice cooking, I'll be able to help Mommy in the real kitchen soon! Right now, my babies and Elmo are getting lots of goodies!


Thanks Grandmom and Granddad for such a great gift. I know I'll get a lot of use out of it and will be able to use it for a long time (I'm so short I can't even see over the burners yet!). I can't wait to show my baby sister how to use it too! :)

My First Haircut

My Mommy cut my hair today! Can you believe it? She cut off some of my cute little curls! She had been saying that she was going to do it soon. She didn't cut off too much, though...just enough to even it up a little more with my hair on the sides. She took off about an inch and a half. It was getting a little straggly...

She tooks some pictures, and it doesn't look much different so I'm okay with that. Mommy says my hair is so thin and needs to thicken up!

Elmo Undies!

I've been using the potty for awhile now, but I'm still wearing diapers. Yesterday, Mommy went out and got me some big-girl underwear...and they have ELMO on them! I was so excited when I saw them! I had to put them on right away! I didn't even wait to take off my pants and diaper! Mommy said that I can wear them when I start to use the potty all the time! I can't wait!

More Playground Fun

Yesterday, Mommy and I went to a great playground with Aunt Tracie and my cousin Jamison. We could walk to it from Aunt Tracie's house! I got to go on the swings, seesaw and down some of the slides. I had a lot of fun, but we couldn't stay too long because it was so hot! I had to be careful going down the slides...they were really hot too!
